We closely monitor international trade regulations and tariff developments. Before any announcements, we proactively developed contingency plans and supply chain evaluations to minimize disruptions. Our goal is to continue delivering high-quality coffee at fair prices—without compromising on taste or availability.

What is the shelf life of LittPanda Energy coffee?


All LittPanda Energy coffee products include a clear “Best By” date to help ensure optimal freshness. While coffee doesn’t spoil like perishable food, we do not recommend consuming it beyond the date listed, as the flavor, aroma, and quality may decline. To maintain peak freshness, store unopened bags in a cool, dry place—preferably the refrigerator—with the seal tightly closed.

Why does my coffee taste bitter or burnt?

Several factors can impact flavor. Here are a few common culprits:


  • brewed coffee on a hot plate can result in a burnt or caramelized taste. We recommend transferring it to a thermal carafe after 15 minutes.

Why did the roast classification change on my favorite blend?


The blend hasn’t changed—just the way we communicate it. We recently updated the roast meter and classification system on our packaging to better reflect the flavor strength and character of each coffee. You’ll still enjoy the same taste, now with clearer guidance to match your personal preference.

Can I reuse coffee grounds or filters?


We strongly recommend against reusing coffee grounds or filters. Used grounds lose their flavor and rebrewing them results in a flat or bitter cup. Filters absorb oils and flavors from the first brew and may tear during reuse, allowing unwanted particles into your cup. For best results, always use fresh grounds and a new filter.

How should I store LittPanda Energy coffee?


To preserve the full flavor and aroma of your coffee, store it in a cool, dark place with the lid or seal tightly closed. For opened bags, refrigeration is recommended. Avoid exposure to light, air, moisture, or heat—all of which can negatively affect taste. Be sure to use your coffee before the listed "Best By" date for the best experience.
