Crafted from select Central and South American lots and roasted to a medium-dark profile, this coffee delivers syrupy mouthfeel, warm caramel sweetness, and a crisp finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Brewing Recommendations

  • Drip / Pour-over: 1:15–1:17 ratio (18–20 g : 300 mL). Medium-fine grind for full extraction.

  • French Press: Coarse grind, 4–5 minute steep for a syrupy, bold cup.

  • Espresso: Fine grind; pull 25–30s for a chocolate-forward, caramel-rich shot.

  • Cold Brew: 12–16 hour steep for a smooth concentrate with chocolate-forward notes.


Storage & Best Practices

Keep sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Grind fresh per brew. Peak flavor within 3–4 weeks of roast.
