3.1 Acceptance

By accessing LittPanda.com you (“User”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy (collectively, “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be 13+ (16+ in the EEA/UK). 18+ is required to view or post NSFW content, place bets, or engage in paid audio streams.

3.3 Account Security

  • Keep your password & 6-digit PIN confidential.

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.

  • Report suspected breaches immediately to support [at] littpanda .com.

3.4 User-Generated Content (“UGC”)

  1. License — You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display your UGC solely to operate the Service.

  2. Prohibited Content — No illegal activity, child sexual content, extremism, non-consensual porn, personal data of minors, or content that violates any law or Google Publisher Policies.

  3. NSFW — Allowed but must be flagged “Not Safe For Work.” NSFW thumbnails must be censored.

  4. Live Audio / CB Radio — Conversations are public. Do not broadcast copyrighted music you don’t own.

We may remove or restrict any content at our sole discretion.

3.5 Payments & Virtual Economy

  • USD payments are processed via [PAYMENT PROCESSOR].

  • Crypto payments are processed via blockchain. All sales are final; we cannot reverse on-chain transactions or issue refunds. Use at your own risk.

  • Users are solely responsible for local tax reporting.

  • We may charge platform fees; see dashboard for current rates.

3.6 No Financial or Medical Advice

3.7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3.8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITTPANDA.COM, VISUALIZE ONE INC., VALL OWENS, THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND BOARD MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY/FIAT ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

3.9 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LittPanda.com, Visualize One Inc., Vall Owens, and all affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your UGC, use of the Service, or violation of this Agreement.

3.10 Arbitration & Governing Law

  • Governing Law: Delaware, USA (conflict-of-law rules excluded).

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in [COUNTY, STATE]. You waive your right to a class action.

  • Small-Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

3.11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of this Agreement or law.

3.12 Changes

We may modify these Terms with 14 days’ notice (posted on this page). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

3.13 Entire Agreement & Severability

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will remain in full force.
